Hello! I’m Erin Ridgeway Marra. I started Clementine because I am passionate about bringing the human to human capital and making HR less scary (and less boring!). I help organizations become more effective and more joyful places to work so they can retain great people and have a greater impact.

I worked in human capital in both the public and private sectors before taking my love for both people and “intrapreneurship” out on my own. My professional accomplishments include earning my certification from the Society for Human Resource Management, completing Harvard Business School’s CORE Business Fundamentals program, teaching English in France as a Fulbright Program grantee, and serving as a Teach for America corps member. To learn more about my professional background, please check out my LinkedIn profile.

In my free time, I like to cook, listen to podcasts, and spend time at home in Brooklyn with my husband, son, dog, and cat. I also enjoy serving as a member of the Leadership Council for Bottom Line, an organization dedicated to helping low-income and first-generation students get into college and persist in obtaining their degree.
